Missing Products:
However, in case of missing items, we will ensure the missing product(s) are delivered to the customer within 24 hours of intimation.
In case of missing products, customers are requested to intimate us either through an email at info@fastlinkstypingandgraphics.com within 5 hours of receiving the product. To complete your return, we require a photograph documenting the condition of items received.
Sitalfoods is liable to deliver the missing product(s) within 24 hours of the first intimation. In the rare circumstance that this timeline is not met, the customer is eligible for a 100% refund or credit as deemed fit.
Wrong Product / Unfit to use:
In the rare case that you received a food product that has gone bad or is not in a condition to be consumed/ used, customers are requested to contact us at info@fastlinkstypingandgraphics.com within 2 hours of receiving the package with details about the package condition and other specifics.
As a company, we prioritize your health over anything else and have a zero tolerance policy towards food gone bad. We will arrange a pickup so we can inspect the product and offer you either a 100% refund or a replacement as per your choice.
